Sunday Sauce and Sesame Chicken Noodles
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
1 tbsp sesame oil
120 - 140g dried udon noodles
1 red pepper finely sliced
1 cup of chopped broccoli florets
100ml - 150ml of Sunday Sauce
3 spring onions finely chopped
1 red chilli, finely chopped
Sesame seeds to serve
Directions
Heat oil in a pan over a medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through; 8 - 10 minutes.
Put noodles on to cook according to packet instructions.
Add red pepper and broccoli to the pan and cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
Add the sauce, cooked noodles and half of the spring onions and chilli to the pan. Toss to coat and heat through for a few minutes.
Garnish with remaining chilli, spring onion and sesame seeds over the top.
